The Easiest Way to Book a Party Bus Rental in Nashville
Memphispartybuscompany.com is not a bus company. It is a quote-comparison website — meaning it connects you with pricing and vehicle options from transportation providers serving Nashville and surrounding Middle Tennessee, all in one place, without you having to call a dozen companies and describe your trip over and over. That's the whole point.
Fill out the quick online form with your date, group size, and where you're headed, and within seconds you'll see vehicle options and rate ranges side by side. Prefer to talk it through? Call 901-704-9220 any time — the line is available every day of the year.
Whether you need a 14-passenger Sprinter limo for a Broadway honky-tonk crawl or a 56-passenger charter bus to move a convention group between the Music City Center and their hotel block, you'll find the options here without the back-and-forth. No obligation, no account, no waiting on callbacks.

Popular Nashville Bus Amenities Available
Not every Nashville group trip calls for the same ride. A bachelorette group hitting Lower Broadway wants LED lighting, a premium sound system with Bluetooth, wraparound perimeter seating, and a full-length bar — that's a party bus. A corporate group shuttling between the Gaylord Opryland Resort and a conference at the Music City Center wants reclining seats, overhead storage, power outlets, and climate control — that's a minibus or charter bus.
A bridal party heading from a Green Hills hotel to a ceremony at Cheekwood needs something in between: comfortable, quiet, and right-sized.
Amenities vary by vehicle and provider, but comparing them side by side is exactly what this site is built for. Call 901-704-9220 and tell the team what matters most to your group — they'll narrow it down fast.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats
AUX / Bluetooth Sound System
LED and Fiber Optic Lighting
Built-in Bar Areas With Ice Storage and Cup Holders
TVs and Entertainment Systems
Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. To confirm the exact amenities included with a specific vehicle offered for your trip, call 901-704-9220 before booking.
Nashville Party Bus Prices for Your Trip
Nashville party bus rental prices move with the vehicle size, the date, and how long you need the bus — and Nashville's calendar means peak demand is basically year-round. To give you a planning baseline: a 15-passenger party bus runs roughly $200–$350/hour on weekdays and $250–$350/hour on weekends. A 25-passenger party bus runs $250–$375/hour on weekends.
A full-size charter bus runs $200–$350/hour or $1,350–$2,850/day. A 15–35 passenger minibus runs $200–$275/hour on weekdays.
Those are planning ranges — real pricing for your specific date and itinerary can shift based on CMA Fest week, New Year's Eve on Broadway, or a sold-out Titans home opener. The fastest way to get an actual number is to fill out the form or call 901-704-9220 — you could have pricing for your trip in about a minute. See the party bus prices page to learn more.

The Easy Way to Compare Nashville Party Bus Rentals
Because Nashville is not an easy city to move a group through on your own — and this site exists to take the logistics off your plate. Lower Broadway on a Friday night has zero bus parking and a river of foot traffic between every bar. I-24 heading into downtown from Antioch backs up two hours before a Titans kickoff.
The Gaylord Opryland Resort's internal tram system stops running at a certain hour and guests still need to reach their hotel rooms. These are real planning problems, not hypothetical ones.
Memphispartybuscompany.com isn't limited to a single fleet — it pulls options from providers serving Nashville and Middle Tennessee, so you're comparing buses and prices side by side instead of taking the first available quote from the first company that picks up. You get more vehicle types, more price points, and more flexibility to match the bus to the actual trip.
The quote form takes about 30 seconds. There's no account to create and no obligation attached. Or call 901-704-9220 any time — the line is open every day of the year and the team can build a custom package around your headcount, your stops, and your budget.
That's it. That's the whole process.
Group Transportation Services in Nashville
From airport transfers at BNA to bachelorette nights on Broadway, Nashville party bus rentals cover every occasion a group could plan. A few of the most common trips are broken out below — click through to the service page that matches your event, or call 901-704-9220 to talk through what you need.

Nashville Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Nashville International Airport (BNA) (1 Terminal Dr, Nashville, TN 37214) handled nearly 22 million passengers in fiscal year 2023 and sits about 8 miles east of downtown via I-40. Commercial vehicle pickup at BNA uses the Ground Transportation Center on the lower level of the terminal — the same level where baggage claim is located. The critical detail for group planners: do not call for the bus until your entire group has retrieved luggage and assembled at the Ground Transportation Center.
BNA's curbside traffic flow is actively managed, and oversized vehicles are not permitted to idle at the arrivals curb for extended periods.
Groups flying in for a convention at the Music City Center or a weekend on Broadway save real time with a direct Nashville airport shuttle bus — no waiting for enough rideshares to cover a 20-person group, no splitting up, no coordinating across three different apps. Call 901-704-9220 to set up your BNA transfer.

Nashville Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Nashville is one of the top bachelorette destinations in the country, and Lower Broadway is why. On any given Saturday, the stretch from 1st Avenue to 5th Avenue is packed wall-to-wall — pedal taverns, rooftop bars, live bands at every honky-tonk, and exactly zero places to park a group of 15 people's worth of rideshares reliably at 1am.
A Nashville bachelorette party bus solves the coordination problem entirely. The group loads at the hotel, hits the Broadway stops on your schedule, extends to Midtown or East Nashville if the night calls for it, and gets back to the hotel without anyone standing on the curb refreshing the app. A 20- or 25-passenger party bus with LED lighting and a Bluetooth sound system is the right fit for most bachelorette groups.
Weekends in Nashville book fast — especially April through October. Call 901-704-9220 well before your date.

Nashville Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Nashville has a growing selection of event venues for milestone birthday celebrations — from private dining rooms in the Gulch to full-venue buyouts in East Nashville. Getting a group of teenagers or a mixed-age birthday group to and from the venue without juggling carpool logistics is where a Nashville birthday party bus rental earns its keep.
For Sweet 16 and quinceañera groups, a 20- or 25-passenger party bus with color-changing LED lighting and a premium sound system makes the ride itself part of the celebration. For adult milestone birthdays, a Sprinter limo or 28-passenger party bus keeps the group together from dinner in 12South to a late stop in the Gulch without anyone playing designated navigator. Use the quote form to check vehicle availability for your date, or call 901-704-9220 for a custom package.

Nashville Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Bridgestone Arena (501 Broadway, Nashville, TN 37203) sits in the middle of downtown, surrounded by Lower Broadway bars and extremely limited nearby parking on event nights. The arena draws 150+ events a year — NHL Predators games, major touring acts, award shows — and the surrounding blocks on Broadway, 5th Avenue, and Korean Veterans Blvd fill up fast. Rideshare pickup after a show backs up badly on the Broadway side, and the walk from most public garages adds another 10–15 minutes on top of that.
A Nashville concert bus rental drops your group steps from the arena entrance and times the pickup so you're moving before the worst of the post-show gridlock. Ascend Amphitheater (310 1st Ave S, Nashville, TN 37201) is another regular stop — outdoor venue, riverfront location, and street parking that disappears by 6pm on show nights. For both venues, a charter bus or party bus is the move.
Call 901-704-9220 to get pricing for your show date.

Nashville Corporate Event Transportation
The Music City Center (201 Rep. John Lewis Way N, Nashville, TN 37219) is Nashville's primary convention facility — 2.1 million square feet, right in the heart of downtown. Getting a large conference group from hotel blocks in Midtown, Green Hills, or the Opryland corridor to the convention center and back is a daily logistics problem during major events, and rideshare surge pricing during peak convention hours makes it expensive fast.
A Nashville corporate charter bus or minibus running a fixed shuttle loop between hotel blocks and the convention center solves this cleanly — one predictable vehicle, one predictable rate, no surge pricing, no coordination across 40 individual rides. The Gaylord Opryland Resort (2800 Opryland Dr, Nashville, TN 37214) is another major corporate hub with an internal campus large enough that guests genuinely need transportation between buildings. Call 901-704-9220 to discuss shuttle contracts and multi-day group rates.

Nashville Private Event Transportation Services
CMA Fest in June draws 80,000+ people to Nashville's riverfront and surrounding venues across four days — Nissan Stadium, Ascend Amphitheater, and stages scattered across downtown. Parking near the riverfront runs out early and rideshare demand spikes sharply after evening headliner sets. A Nashville private charter bus running a fixed pickup route from your hotel or neighborhood means your group isn't scrambling for rides after the show ends at midnight.
The same logic applies to New Year's Eve on Broadway, which closes the street to vehicle traffic and sends rideshare prices into surge territory by 10pm. For family reunions, church retreats, and neighborhood group outings hitting multiple Nashville stops in a single day, a charter bus or minibus keeps everyone on the same schedule without the caravan problem. Book early for any June, July, or December date — those windows fill fast.

Nashville Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Metro Nashville public high schools and the surrounding Williamson County schools hold proms between late April and mid-May, and that window is Nashville's single tightest booking period for party bus rentals. Every school in the metro area competes for the same pool of 20- and 25-passenger party buses across a six-week span. Waiting until February or March to book a Nashville prom party bus is how you end up with limited options and higher rates.
For prom: book by December. That's not a sales pitch — it's the realistic timeline for locking in the vehicle your group actually wants at a rate that makes sense. A 20-passenger party bus on a weekend in late April runs $275–$350/hour; waiting until two weeks out can push that significantly higher or leave you with no availability.
Call 901-704-9220 now and get your date held.

Nashville School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Metro Nashville has more than 150 public schools, and field trip logistics across Davidson County can get complicated fast. A Nashville school event charter bus handles the coordination in one vehicle — no parent carpool sign-up sheets, no splitting the class across multiple cars, and no parking headache at destination venues that aren't built for individual vehicles.
Popular school trip destinations include the Tennessee State Museum (1000 Rosa L. Parks Blvd, Nashville, TN 37208), the Cheekwood Estate and Gardens (1200 Forrest Park Dr, Nashville, TN 37205), and the Country Music Hall of Fame (222 Rep. John Lewis Way S, Nashville, TN 37203). Charter buses with overhead storage, onboard restrooms, and power outlets make longer academic day trips manageable.
ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — mention it when you request your quote. Call 901-704-9220 to get started.

Nashville Sporting Event Transportation
Nissan Stadium (1 Titans Way, Nashville, TN 37213) sits just across the Cumberland River from downtown, and the approach from the west via Jefferson Street Bridge or the south via Korean Veterans Blvd gets gridlocked fast on Titans home game days. The stadium's surface lots fill hours before kickoff, and the walk from most available satellite parking runs 15–20 minutes. Rideshare pickup after the game stacks up along the east riverbank with waits that can stretch past an hour.
A Nashville Titans charter bus drops your group at the stadium's pedestrian plaza, times the post-game pickup so you're moving before the worst of the bridge backup, and handles the whole round trip at one flat rate. For Predators games at Bridgestone Arena, street parking in the surrounding blocks disappears by 6pm, and the Broadway bar strip makes rideshare pickups genuinely chaotic after a late game. A charter bus or minibus handles both venues cleanly.
Call 901-704-9220 for game-day pricing.

Nashville Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Nashville wedding venues are spread across a wide geography — barn venues in Nolensville and Franklin, estate properties in Brentwood, garden venues at Cheekwood, and downtown rooftop spaces in the Gulch and SoBro. Getting guests from a Midtown or downtown hotel block to a ceremony in Williamson County and back is a 30–40 minute highway drive each way, and asking out-of-town guests to navigate TN-840 or I-65 South on their own after a reception is asking for problems.
A Nashville wedding shuttle bus running between the hotel block and the venue keeps your timeline tight and your guests together. A 15–35 passenger minibus is the right size for most wedding guest shuttles; larger receptions doing multiple pickup loops benefit from a full charter bus. For the bridal party itself, a Sprinter limo handles the getting-ready-to-ceremony leg in a lot more comfort than a rented SUV.
Call 901-704-9220 to build a wedding day transportation package.

Nashville Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Middle Tennessee's wine trail has expanded significantly — Natchez Hills Vineyard (4 Natchez Hills Blvd, Hampshire, TN 38461) sits about an hour southwest of Nashville off US-412, and Arrington Vineyards (6211 Patton Rd, Arrington, TN 37014) is a 45-minute drive south through Williamson County. Both venues draw large weekend groups and neither has meaningful public transit access — you are either driving or you're not going.
A Nashville winery tour bus rental keeps the whole group together from pickup to last pour, with no one nominated to stay sober for the drive back on TN-96. For pub crawls through East Nashville's Five Points neighborhood or the bars along Elliston Place, a party bus with a Bluetooth sound system keeps the energy up between stops. Use the quote form to check weekend availability, or call 901-704-9220 to build the itinerary.

Frequently Asked Questions About Nashville Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Memphispartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Memphispartybuscompany.com?
Memphispartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website for group ground transportation. It is not a bus company and does not provide transportation directly. Instead, it lets you see vehicle options and rate ranges from providers serving Nashville and surrounding areas — all from one form or one phone call — so you can compare buses and prices without calling multiple companies separately.
How does Memphispartybuscompany.com work?
Enter your trip details — date, group size, pickup and drop-off locations — into the online form. Within seconds, you'll get pricing and vehicle options to compare side by side. No account needed, no obligation.
If you'd rather talk through the options, call 901-704-9220 any time. The team can build a custom quote around your specific itinerary and headcount.
How much does a party bus cost in Nashville?
Nashville party bus rental prices vary by vehicle size, date, and trip length. Planning ranges: a 15-passenger party bus runs $200–$350/hour on weekdays; a 25-passenger party bus runs $250–$375/hour on weekends; a charter bus runs $200–$350/hour or $1,350–$2,850 per day. Pricing moves with demand — CMA Fest week, New Year's Eve on Broadway, and Titans home games all push rates higher.
Fill out the form or call 901-704-9220 for pricing specific to your date.
When is Nashville's busiest season for party bus rentals, and how does that affect booking?
Nashville runs at high demand basically year-round, but the tightest booking windows are CMA Fest (June), bachelorette season (April through October weekends), prom season (late April through mid-May), and New Year's Eve on Broadway. During these windows, vehicle availability gets thin weeks out and pricing reflects the demand. For any spring or summer weekend, booking two to four months in advance is strongly recommended.
For prom, book by December. For CMA Fest, book as soon as your dates are confirmed — some groups book six months out.
Where do charter buses park at Nissan Stadium?
Nissan Stadium's surface lots require prepaid permits, and large vehicle staging is coordinated per event — the specific lot and approach road can change based on whether the game is a Sunday, Monday night, or Thursday night broadcast. The Tennessee Titans' official parking page has current lot assignments and pricing before each event. What doesn't change: the Jefferson Street Bridge and Korean Veterans Blvd both back up badly after the final whistle, so building a 45–60 minute post-game buffer into your pickup plan is smart.
Can a party bus drop off on Lower Broadway?
Lower Broadway itself is a pedestrian-heavy one-way street with no commercial vehicle stopping zones during peak hours on weekends — the city actively manages traffic flow between 1st and 5th Avenues on Friday and Saturday nights. The practical approach for Broadway bar crawls is curbside drop-off on a parallel street (Commerce St or Union St are common) and a pre-arranged pickup location your group agrees on before you head inside. A party bus or minibus stages nearby and returns to the agreed pickup point — no hunting for each other at 1am in a crowd.
Is a minibus or a charter bus better for a Nashville corporate shuttle?
It depends on headcount and route. A 15–35 passenger minibus is the right fit for most corporate hotel-to-venue shuttle loops — it's easier to maneuver in downtown Nashville's tighter streets around the Music City Center and has better access to hotel loading zones in Midtown. A full-size charter bus makes more sense for groups of 40 or more, or for longer hauls between the Opryland corridor and downtown.
If you're running multiple loops across a full conference day, the team at 901-704-9220 can help you figure out whether one bus on a loop or multiple vehicles running in parallel makes more sense for your headcount.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Nashville trips outside peak windows, two to four weeks of lead time is workable — but the earlier you lock in the date, the better your vehicle selection and the lower the rate. For any spring or summer weekend, aim for two to three months out. For prom, book by December.
For CMA Fest, New Year's Eve on Broadway, or any Titans home playoff game, book as soon as you have a confirmed date. Waiting costs money or costs availability — sometimes both. Call 901-704-9220 to hold your date now.
Popular Nashville Party Bus Destinations
Nashville's most-visited venues span from the riverfront to the suburbs, and each one comes with its own set of logistical realities for group planners. The six destinations below are where Nashville bus groups go most — here's what you need to know about each one before you get there.

Bridgestone Arena
Bridgestone Arena (501 Broadway, Nashville, TN 37203) is the anchor of downtown Nashville's entertainment district — home to the NHL Nashville Predators, 150+ annual events, and some of the biggest touring concerts in the country. It seats up to 20,000 and sits at the intersection of Broadway and 5th Avenue, meaning there is no dedicated venue parking lot: your group is working with public garages, surface lots, and whatever street parking survives past 4pm on event days. The Fifth + Broadway garage (225 5th Ave N) is the closest structured option but fills fast.
Post-show rideshare pickup on the Broadway side is genuinely chaotic on sold-out nights. A Nashville concert charter bus drops your group at the arena entrance and times the return pickup before the Broadway crowd peaks. Check the official Bridgestone Arena parking page for current event-night garage guidance.
Address: 501 Broadway, Nashville, TN 37203 | Phone: (615) 770-2000

Nissan Stadium
Nissan Stadium (1 Titans Way, Nashville, TN 37213) sits on the east bank of the Cumberland River with a capacity of 69,143 for NFL games. The stadium's surface parking lots require prepaid permits, and the two main vehicle approaches — Jefferson Street Bridge from the west and Korean Veterans Blvd from the south — both turn into extended backups after the final whistle. The walk from the nearest satellite lots runs 15–20 minutes each way.
A group arriving by Nashville Titans charter bus skips the lot scramble entirely: the bus drops at the stadium's pedestrian plaza, and post-game pickup is pre-arranged so your group is moving while others are still standing in the rideshare queue on the east riverbank. For MLS Nashville SC games at the same venue, the same logistics apply. Check the official Titans parking page before game day.
Address: 1 Titans Way, Nashville, TN 37213 | Phone: (615) 565-4000

Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center
The Gaylord Opryland Resort (2800 Opryland Dr, Nashville, TN 37214) is one of the largest non-gaming hotel and convention complexes in the United States — 2,888 rooms, 750,000 square feet of event space, and an internal footprint large enough that the property runs its own tram system between buildings. It hosts major corporate conferences, trade shows, and holiday events that draw thousands of attendees from out of state. Getting a conference group from BNA (8 miles west on Donelson Pike) or from downtown hotel overflow blocks to Opryland without relying on individual rideshares is a genuine planning challenge.
A Nashville charter bus running a fixed shuttle circuit between BNA, downtown, and the Opryland campus solves this cleanly. Opryland's loading areas can accommodate oversized vehicles — confirm staging details with the resort's group services team when finalizing your itinerary.
Address: 2800 Opryland Dr, Nashville, TN 37214 | Phone: (615) 889-1000

Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum
The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum (222 Rep. John Lewis Way S, Nashville, TN 37203) anchors the SoBro neighborhood just south of Broadway, drawing nearly 1 million visitors a year. It connects directly to the Music City Center via an enclosed skybridge, making it a natural stop on any Nashville corporate group itinerary or school field trip that also involves the convention center.
Street parking on Rep. John Lewis Way and the surrounding blocks is metered and fills by mid-morning on weekends. The nearest public garages are the Convention Center Garage (121 4th Ave S) and the Encore Parking garage on 3rd Avenue — both walkable but not free.
A Nashville bus rental drops your group at the museum entrance from the SoBro curbside approach and handles the return pickup at the same point. Visit the official plan-your-visit page for group admission and tour scheduling details.
Address: 222 Rep. John Lewis Way S, Nashville, TN 37203 | Phone: (615) 416-2001

Cheekwood Estate and Gardens
Cheekwood Estate and Gardens (1200 Forrest Park Dr, Nashville, TN 37205) is a 55-acre botanical garden and art museum in Belle Meade, about 8 miles southwest of downtown Nashville. It hosts seasonal events — the annual Holiday LIGHTS display from November through January draws some of the highest single-night attendance of any Nashville attraction — and serves as a popular ceremony and reception venue for weddings. The approach via Forrest Park Drive is a narrow, winding two-lane road through a residential neighborhood, and on peak event nights the parking lot at the main entrance fills completely.
Rideshare drop-off is permitted at the main entrance gate. A Nashville wedding shuttle bus or charter bus handles the Cheekwood approach cleanly and eliminates the guest parking problem entirely on event nights. Check the official Cheekwood plan-your-visit page for parking and event-night access details.
Address: 1200 Forrest Park Dr, Nashville, TN 37205 | Phone: (615) 356-8000

Ascend Amphitheater
Ascend Amphitheater (310 1st Ave S, Nashville, TN 37201) is Nashville's outdoor riverfront concert venue — 6,800-capacity, open-air, with a stage facing the Cumberland River. It sits directly adjacent to Riverfront Park between Broadway and the pedestrian bridge to Nissan Stadium, which means concert nights overlap with Predators games at Bridgestone and general Broadway traffic in a way that makes the entire block a rideshare nightmare by 9pm. Street parking along 1st Avenue South and Shelby Street fills before most shows.
The nearest public garage is Cummins Station (209 10th Ave S), a 10–12 minute walk. A Nashville concert bus drops your group at the 1st Avenue curbside approach to the venue entrance and times the pickup for the end of the set — before the full Broadway crowd and the post-game Predators foot traffic merge into one gridlock on Broadway. Check the official Ascend Amphitheater plan-your-visit page for current parking and drop-off guidance.
